The Neighbourhood Plan team are made up of members of the community who want to help everyone living, working and studying in the area have their say on its' future.

Andrew Tyley, Chair
Andrew has been a resident of Virginia Water for 20 years. He has served as a local school governor and is a founding committee member of the Virginia Water Neighbourhood Forum. Andrew is a registered architect and partner at an international architectural practice. His professional work includes major infrastructure projects including Canary Wharf, Chiswick Business Park and Heathrow T5. Andrew is married to Amy, who is a committee member of the WRA. They have two sons and have been actively involved as a family in the community. |

John Pyle FRICS
John and his family have lived in Virginia Water since 2005. A Chartered Surveyor by profession, with over 35 years experience in planning and commercial property. A long-term keen golfer he relishes the facilities that lie within this area. John is passionate about this Plan, as it gives the community of Virginia Water a say in the future evolution. He feels for too long outside bodies have imposed their wishes upon the residents of Virginia Water |

Nicola Bates
Nicola has lived in the area for nearly 10 years and has children attending infant, junior and pre-schools in Virginia Water. She is a qualified physics teacher and accountant, working for PwC (mainly in Financial Due Diligence) for over 11 years. Nicola has held numerous governing roles and is currently completing a PhD in cyber security at Royal Holloway. |

Jonathan Hulley
Jonathan is a resident of Virginia Water for 9 years, a senior property lawyer by background, a founder member of the Neighbourhood Forum and proud to represent the community of Virginia Water on Runnymede Borough Council. |

Carol Manduca
Carol and her family have been residents of Virginia Water for 27 years. Carol is a solicitor and a former Virginia Water councillor, now teaching finance law part time in London and helping to look after her very young grandson. Over the last 5 years, Carol has established a proven track record for her involvement in matters affecting the whole of the village, as a committee member of the Wentworth Residents Association and as a local councillor. Carol believes that Virginia Water is a great place to live and work, but, with increasing pressure from local development, that it is also vital and urgent to have a resident-led plan for the village. |

James Periton
James is a Chartered Surveyor and has been the Estate Manager for the Wentworth Estate for over 11years specialising in residential property & development along with the maintenance of the Estate. James was brought up in Trumpsgreen and returned over 10years ago with his family. The family attend Christchurch, Virginia Water where James sits on the buildings and maintenance committee. Development and change is unavoidable for Virginia Water and James would like to ensure it is sustainable and well thought out that compliments the area. |

John has held senior board positions in financial services, high tech and life sciences companies. He is also currently chairman of the Wentworth Residents' Association, a trustee of Coopers Hill Recreational Trust and chair of the Micheal Sieff Foundation |
